Soy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce (Kikoman)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup sugar (or a little less)
  • 5 lbs chicken thighs

Instructions

  1. Marinate 2 hours or overnight.

  2. Bake and hour or until tender.
