Succotash with Franks

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pkg frozen succotash
  • 8 franks cut 1 inch pieces
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 TB prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp carraway seed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil succotash

  2. Add franks – about 10 minutes

  3. Combine sour cream, mustard,  carraway seed and salt

  4. Add to franks and succotash

  5. Place in casserole dish and broil until franks are brown

  6. Sprinkle with paprika
