Syrup for Waffles, Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2   c. sugar
  • 1 TB flour
  • 1 TB cinnamon
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • Serve over waffles or pancakes.

Instructions

  1. Put sugar, flour and cinnamon in a saucepan.

  2. Mix and then pour 1 c apple cider over the mixture and mix.  Bring to a boil.

  3. Pour apple cider over the mixture and mix. Bring to a boil.

  4. Remove from heat and add 2 TB butter and 1 TB lemon juice.
