Turkey Casserole with rice

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 TB finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 6 pimento-stuffed olives sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cornflake crumbs or other crumb topping

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked rice, curry powder, chopped onion.

  2. Put in a shallow baking dish.

  3. Top rice mixture with diced turkey and sprinkle with olives.

  4. Mix soup with milk, pour over turkey. Sprinkle cheese and cornflake crumbs over top.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
