Vegetable Chowder

Ingredients

  • celery, carrots, green pepper, onions
  • diced potatoes
  • crushed, crisp bacon
  • peas
  • half and half or milk
  • sliced cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook with very little water for a few min.

  2. Add diced potatoes and crushed crisp bacon.

  3. Cook few min. more.

  4. Add peas.

  5. Cook a minute.

  6. Pour half and half or milk over.

  7. Add sliced cheese. Season.
