Joseph Nicholson petitioninge the Court for himself, and his Brothers, John and Nathaniell Nicolson, for lyberty to chuse their Guardians, which is allowed them and Joseph, and Nathaniell Nicholson choosinge their Brother Samuell Nicolson, and John Nicholson choosinge John Goshy; It is therfore Ordered that the moveable Estate to be divided by Francis Toms, and Joseph Sutton . . .
