Hobo Bread

Name: Hobo Bread
Ingredients: 2 cups raisin; 2 cups boiling water; 4 tsp soda; 1/4 cup oil; 2 beaten eggs; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 1/2 cup sugar; 4 cups flour

Ingredients

2 cups raisin
2 cups boiling water
4 tsp soda

Ingredients for next morning

1/4 cup oil
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 cups flour

Method

Set overnight in large bowl: raisins, boiling water and soda.
Next morning, add the ingredients listed.
Stir well. It is thick.
Divide into 3 greased and floured 1 pound coffee tins.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
After cooled, slice thin.
