To all &c Whereas &c now Know Ye that I the said Sir William Beckeley Knight Governor &c give and grant unto John Brown and Edward Hatcher Five hundred acres of Land in Henrico County according to the Ancient bounds thereof. The said Land being formerly granted unto James Place and lately found to Escheat to his majesty as by our Inquisition dated the fifth of September one thousand six hundred & sixty three, recorded in the Secretaries office and is now granted unto the said Brown and Hatcher who hath made their Composition to be paid according to Act. To have and To hold &c To be held &c yielding and Paying &c provided &c Dated this thirtieth of September one thousand six hundred and sixty three.
