Son Robert and all daughters to live with father-in-law Edward Hatcher until age 17 or married; son Gilbert to live with his godfather William Hatcher until age 17. Mary Hatcher Elam petitioned the court for an order to probate the will on 15 Oct 1697; it was proved 5 Dec 1697.
