page 209 Division of the lands of Pharaba Sasser, deceased, by commissioners between Rhoderick Ssser and James Tart Sasser agreeable to her last Will and Testament and also the lands of John Sasser, deceased, among his lawful heirs.  The Pharaba Sasser land was divided between Rhoderick Sasser and James Tart Sasser as directed and the John Sasser land among Rhoderick Sasser, James T. Sasser, Mahala Copeland, wife of Isom Copeland, and Arcaida Sasser, Oct 13, 1821.
