Agreeable to an Order ipaid for the county Court of Wayne to us Directed loe have proceeded to lay off all of to Mrs Saser widow of James Saser died the following are teler & provisions for her and her familys support for one year to toet 2000lbs of Pork bq bbles born 75 lb of sugar two mack of blace fodder 15 Bushels of wheat one bushel plase suede 6 bushels oats 8 bushels of peas 7 potate plantains 3 bushels salt 10 lbs coffee 1 lb tea and 5 lbs shorn cotton All which is submitted March 8th 1808

In obedience to an order of Court to us divided may term 1810 to settle and divide the remainder part of the Estate of Stephen Cobb decsd with Stephen Cobb after examining the accounts of sale we find it to amount to seven hundred and thirty four pounds sixteen shillings and seven pence and divided into ten parts each heirs part is seventy three pounds nine shillings and seven pence three farthings due each heir then dividing James Cobb deceased part into five parts each heirs part is fourteen pounds thirteen shillings and eleven pence given under our hands 26th May 1810

In obedience to an order of Court Issued August Term 1808(?) We the subscribers have Divided the land of Stephen Cobb Decsd between the heirs of said decsd as the above plane represents to witt. N 7 of the upper totr beginning of Nathan Cobb at two white oaks on the bank of Contentnea bruh grubs (?). W 46 pole to a dead pine then N 128 pole to a water oak on the Impossible Branch, then down the run of said branch as it meander to Contentnea Creek, then down the rune of said creek as its menders to the first station containing seventy acres also the said Nathan Cobb is to pay to David Cobb the sum of one hundred & thirteen dollars and seventy three cents to make his lot equal also the said Nathan Cobb is to pay to Stephen Cobb the sum of seventy seven dollars & seventy nine cents to make his lot equal No. 4 of the lower lots beginning for Nathan Cobb at a water oak on the bank of Contentnea Creek & runs S 427 pole to a Blackjack on the west sid of the road then W 50 pole to a black then N 360 pole to a pine then N 35 E 82 pole to a water oak on the Bank of the creek then down the rune of the creek as it meanere to the first station, Containing one hundred & twenty sire acres & a half. Then abov & sum to be paid within twelve months from the date of this return. & C. No 2 of the upper lots begsse. For Benjm Cobb at two white oaks on the bank of Contentnea Creek & runs W 46 pole to a dead pine then S 48 pole to a port oak then W 41 pole to a read oak & pine & crooked white oak marked by it, then S 25 W 94 pole to a stake in simmos field then E 126 pole to a pine & blackjack then N 134 pole to the begn containing seventy acres Also the said Bejm Cobb is to pay to Stephen Cobb the sume of Sixeteen Dollars and ninety one cents to make his lot equal, also the said Benjamin Cobb is to pay to James Cobb the sume of seventeen Dollars & Ten cents to make his lot equal N. 3 of the lower lots Beginning for Benjm Cobb at pine on the bank of Contentenea & Creek & rune S 333 poles to a stake then W 7 pole to a pine then S 60 pole to a pine then W 44 pole to a Blackjack on the west side of the road then W 424 pole to a water oak on the bank of the creek, then down the rune of the creek as it meanders to the first station, containing one hundred & twenty sire acres & a half

To the worshipful court of said county
We the under asigners conceiving and knowing that the bridge built by Stephen Sasser Esqr across Little River in said county to be of Great advantage & benefit to the inhabitants of said county in crassing said Rive, and also will be of considerable advantage to the public, prays your honours to grant your petitioners roads to & from said bridge as will make it more advantageous to the public & the inhabitants, your petitioners humbley prays your honours to grant them a road, to leave the old road that crosses raifords bridge at or near the end of Richard Brunts Lane on Buck swamp and to go the nearest course to the Bridge Clear of Cultivated Lands and from thence, into the Little River Road Colled near Robert Crawford’s and we also pray your hounours to grant us a road front he bridge the nearest course to crows at Basses Terry an nuice River and your petitioners will be wes in duty bound. &C. 1 February 1809

You are herby commanded to summons a jury of lawful men of your county to attend & lay off & mark a publick road fromthe foot of John Flowers avi new and cross thunder swamp at the ford though his lane then in to the road that leads by Charles Wolfs by Daniel Kornegays to the gratis advantages & least prejudice of the Inhabitants & return how you have executed this wit to our nerct court to be held for Wayne County at the Court House in waynes borough on the third monday in NOvember next together with this writ witness In Mckinne clerk of our said court at office 1 day October 1808
