4 cups pears
1 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp Cloves
- Puree or mash pears.
- Add rest of the ingredients.
- Cook on medium until desired thickness.
- Stir often to prevent it from scalding.
- Put in jars or containers.
- Refridgerate.
