30 June 1716 Seth Hatcher of County & Parish of Henrico, to Joseph Reynold of same, for 20, 150 acres on northside of James River near Cornelius Creek; being part of a dvident granted to Robert Burton and sold to Wm Hobson, conveyed by deed ?1 May 1704 by John Woodson, Sr. to Edward Hatcher, Sr. and by him to said Seth 5 March 1750.

3 March 1717 Benjamin Woodson of Henrico Co., from Robert Woodson of same, for 5, the middle third of a tract of land at a place called Dover, it being 1/3 of the land taken up in name of Robert Woodson.

p. 407 9 April 1704 William Edward, son of William Edwards, late of James City Co., dec’d Gent., to Francis Cholmly of Henrico Co., planter, in consideration fo Cholmly’s clearing, sealing and saving a patent in Henrico Co. dated 23 Oct 1690, granted to William Edwards, father of said William for 1626 acres, sells to Cholmly part of this patent, bounded by Snacco Creek, Gillys Creek, Gilly’s line, 100 acres.

p. 410 1 Aug 1704 Edward Hatcher, Sr. and William Hatcher, Sr. and John Hatcher, sons of said Edward of “Neckland” in Henrico Co., planters to John Woodson of same, merchant, for 148, land on south side of James River known as “Neckaland”, bounded by land where Henry Hatcher formerly dwelt, land formerly that of William Hatcher, Sr., dec’s Henry Lown and the river, 464 acres. Land was granted by patent to William Hatcher, dec’d, 5 Aug 1663.
