I do leave one piece and parcel of land lying near the piney Pososon on the streams of White Oak Swamp … (divided betweeen seven daughters) – two additional daughters named: Zilpah, Delphia
son Edwin Pender (… land beinging to on the East side of the Branch called the Fort Branch with all the appertinances belonging or appurtaining to the same Adjacent to Town Creek also one negro boy named Austin
son James Pender … the land lying on the west side of the aforesaid Fort Branch with all appurtinances to the same belonging to or any wise appertaining and also one Negro boy named Jacob.
unto my wife the houses on my old plantation which I formerly lived together with that part of the plantation land belonging to the same from the house on the south lying up my Mill pond with the priviledge of getting Timber and firewood off the same and the priviledge of making use of the fruit that is on the other side of the plantation…
