No. 192  21 March 1702  Ralph Fletcher Sener to my Daughter Margaret & her heirs born of her body, 170 acres & if my daughter die without heirs the sd land to return to her Husband during the term of his Life & after his death to Return to the Patent from whence it was taken, this land on the Northwest Side bounding upon the Plantation that was Seated by Jenkins Williams and upon the South East side bounding upon Grassy Point Gut being on the South East side of the Old field & what wants at the Gut to be made up further back as it openeth further in the woods.
