Yield 3/4 cup or filling for 4 sandwiches. Cut soft French roll into three layers and put leaves of spinach on one layer with mayonnaise to hold it on.
Mix ingredients into the hamburger.
Form into a patty.
Cook.
Serve with lettuce wrap.
Add all ingredients in order, mixing as you go.
Serve as a sandwich on bread of choice or wrap.
Serve as a lettuce wrap.
Serve on lettuce leaves or salad greens.
Serve with thin rice cakes.
Compliment with sliced cucumbers, pickle spears (Grillo’s)
