wife Smithy (negro girl named Hester) property in my possession that came by Her. also one hundred and seventy acres of land whereon I now live with the House appertenancy … and land as follows: beginning at the Cobly Corner Flat Rock to the well containing two above compartments of acres to the cleared land up the creek and make this piece near a square as possible.

son Axum Cobb three hundred acres of land lying in the county above boundry as follow with beginning at Larry Simm’s corner running so with that line and continuing with that line or that land others to make this three hundred acres.
son Stephen and Axum Cobb the land whereon I now live which the land above which I have given to my wife Smithy Cobb her total life or widowhood. The above land be equally divided between Axum and Stephen and the house and lot wherein they stand solely to Axum. Also when the said lands is divided for Stephen to have the part adjoining him.
Bequeath to the Heirs of Bitheas Cobb and Lolly Sims … equally divided fifteen hundred dollars.
