118.  14 Mar. 1734  William Vickars of Talbot, Planter, to William Hemsley of Quuen Ann’s County, – cons 5000 lbs. of tobacco  – a tract formerly conveyed by Hemsley of Talbot to Joseph Vickars, father to William, who is a party to these presents – land called “Paddingtown.”  Wit:  John Robins, William Elbert.  Recorded 7 Sept.
