I John Vickers of Edgecomb County Being of a greate age and in a low condition But of a perfect memory thanks be to God that gave it and calling to mind the mortality of my nature I have in my mind to give devise and dispose of my worldly Estate in the following manner and form to wit—
Itim. I first give to the heirs of my son Abram Vickers one shilling stirling money of Great Britan
Itim I next give to my son Jacob Vickers one shilling stirling money of Great Britan.
Itim. I next give to my son John Vickers the plantation wheireon he now liveth and all the Land in that survey Containing to three hundred and sixty acres be the saim more or less
Itim. I next give to my son George Vickerses two sons David and George the plantation wheireon my son Abram formerly did live on the East side of Williamson’s Branch it being part of two surveys Containing to two hundred acres be the saime more or less and if Either of them should dye the living one to inherit the hole and likewise one shilling stirling money apeace to all the rest and likewise to Sabrina and Sarah Daughters of my son George Vickers one fourth part of my moveable Estate after my death Excepting the Still and Black Smithes tools not to be sold but valued—

Give to my son Raif Vickers the plantation wheireon I now liveth Beginning on Town Creak on the North side beginning at a white oake then running a north course along John Morrises Line to the Williamsons Branch then down the various courses of sd. Branch to Town Creake—then up the sd. Creake running the various course of sd. Creake to the first station Containing to two hundred acres be the saim more or less—
Itim. I next give to my son Joshua Vickers fourty shillings Money—
Itim. I next give to my son Joseph Vickers fourty shillings Virginia Money likewise all my black Smiths tools and the still–after the death of my wife Mary or widowhood.
Itim. I next give to my son Stephen Vickers one shilling stirling money of Great Britan
Itim. I next give to my Daughter Martha Hatcher one shilling stirling money of Great Britan
Itim. I next give to my Daughter Mary Morris one shilling stirling money of Great Britan
Itim. I next give to my Daughter Pashtience Stokes one shilling stirling money of Greate Britan and to her daughter Betse Stokes new born ten pounds money to be paid out of the Estate after the death or widowhood of my wife—
Itim. I next give to my Daughter Elizabeth White one shilling stirling money of Greate Britan
Itim. I next give to my beloved wife the plantation wheireon I now liveth and likewise all the moveable Estate after the Legasies already mentioned is paid off during of her life or widowhood and after her life or widowhood I give the other three parts not all ready mentioned to my three sons Viz. Joshua Vickers Raif Vickers and Joseph Vickers to be equally divided between them—–
Itim. I do heareby constitute and appoint my son Raif Vickers and my son in law John Morris together with my wife Mary Vickers Executors of this my last will and testament and I do heareby give to my son Raif and my son in law John Morris five shillings stirling money apeace for theiretrowble as Executors and I do heareby Disanul Disalow and Revoke all and every other former will and testament only this excepted wheireunto I have set my hand and fixt my seale the Day and yeare above writen and signed sealed in the presents of Briton Bridgers* Samuel Vickers
